Position Summary: The Senior Director of Regional Sales (SDRS) will report to the Executive Director of Sales and play a pivotal role in Vera’s first commercial launch. This leader will build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of nephrology rare disease sales specialists (7–9 direct reports). You will set strategic direction for your region, drive execution, and foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, training, field reimbursement, field medical, and patient support services. This is a rare opportunity to shape culture, influence launch strategy, and directly improve patient access to breakthrough therapies for rare disease communities.
