Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Director of Community Planning, Real Estate Strategy and Investment. The role leads real estate strategy, community partnerships, and development opportunities with a focus on Newark and health equity alignment.

Reporting to AVP Foundation Services and working with COO, this externally focused leadership position requires building consensus with diverse partners, guiding major capital initiatives, and ensuring mission alignment

Formación

Approximately 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement, economic and real estate, development, or related environment.
Experience in Newark or New Jersey real estate development is highly preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive and Board audiences.
Experience supporting Boards and executive leadership on significant capital or real estate initiatives.
Ability to travel to RWJF offices and related sites, up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the lead for RWJF real estate, facilities initiative, and external engagement plans.
Translate complex information into decision-ready materials for executives and governance bodies.
Coordinate resources and external partners to develop options, risks and recommendations for leadership review.
Lead community engagement and maintain trusted relationships with Newark anchor institutions and local partners.
