• 18+ years in server/data center hardware and rack-scale systems.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership with proven experience leading others.
• Hands-on rack design experience: mechanical/electrical/thermal integration, power distribution, cabling/interconnect, full rack assembly.
• Deep knowledge of liquid cooling (direct-to-chip), CDUs, manifolds, rear-door heat exchangers, immersion.
• Operations ownership from NPI to volume ramp, RAS, serviceability, fleet-health in production.
• Extensive ODM/OEM partnerships and executive-level partner management.
• Track record delivering rack-scale platforms at scale with external manufacturing partners.
• Executive communication and cross-organizational leadership to align engineering, operations and business.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-generation rack strategy and architecture roadmap across generations.
• Own ODM/OEM and customer relationships, shaping joint roadmaps and deployments.
• Drive thermal and power leadership in cooling strategies and high-density deployments.
• Oversee deployment from NPI to high-volume field deployment in data centers.
• Represent Qualcomm in industry standards groups and with customers and executives.
• Align silicon, software, networking, supply chain, operations, and finance on platform strategy.
