The role requires minimum 5 years of leadership and nursing management, plus hospital quality leadership experience. RN licensure in VA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
• Master's degree is preferred to support strategic leadership.
• Active VA RN license is required and critical for practice.
