Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership in regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to lead certified quality systems and customer-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the quality vision, strategy, and performance objectives.
• Lead QA, QC, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement functions.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100 and other standards.
