Confidential is seeking a Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality to lead enterprise regulatory and quality strategies in a manufacturing environment. This executive will drive global dossier submissions, lifecycle management, and quality systems aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.

The role requires translating complex regulations into practical strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience directing regulatory dossiers across jurisdictions and product categories.
• Strong leadership of regulatory and quality teams at the enterprise level.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory/quality requirements into business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global regulatory strategy for product portfolio.
• Direct preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Provide executive leadership for Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
• Develop and monitor enterprise quality governance, policies, and records.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Present strategy, risks, and resource needs to the executive team.
