Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Quality Control to establish and lead a QC organization supporting programs from CMC development through commercial manufacturing. The role requires regulatory acumen and experience managing external CDMOs and CTLs to ensure product quality and patient safety.

The candidate will represent QC in health authority inspections, guide stability programs, and drive continuous improvement of quality systems; travel up to 15% to CDMOs and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering or related field with 14–16+ years in QC leadership.
• Deep experience in small molecule development, method lifecycle management, validation, release and stability operations.
• Experience managing external CDMOs/CTLs and leading inspections/audits.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the QC function across CMC development to commercial programs.
• Define QC strategy and ensure alignment with milestones and regulatory timelines.
• Oversee method validation, release, stability testing, data review, deviations, investigations, and CAPA at internal and external sites.
