Genentech is seeking a Senior Director of PX Shared Services to transform enabling capabilities that scale PX delivery. You will lead PRC leadership, translate demand into staffing plans, and govern third-party partnerships to meet quality and cost objectives.
The role requires 12–15 years in pharma/biotech, 5+ years of people leadership, and strong strategic negotiation. Hybrid, located in South San Francisco with on-site days.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of CA is $197,800 - $367,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
