Qualifications

• 10+ years of communications experience leading campaigns.
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive media relationships and writing skills.
• Public sector media, politics and public affairs expertise.
• Experience crafting integrated issue campaigns and tech/public affairs.
• Ability to counsel on emerging issues and urgent client requests.
• Ability to grow client relationships and win new business.
• Experience mentoring junior professionals.
• Detail-oriented, professional and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client manager and communications lead across multiple clients.
• Strategic thinker to understand client businesses, targets and landscape.
• Develop media strategies and create assets across platforms; maintain media relationships.
• Translate content into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Provide strategic counsel and mentor team to ensure quality and productivity.
• Advise on branding, outreach and contribute to new business efforts.
