Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Director of Provider Experience based in Tempe, AZ, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the office weekly. This strategic leader will develop and execute a roadmap to improve the provider experience across Oscar's network.
Reporting to the Vice President of Provider Integration & Experience, the role demands deep industry knowledge, executive collaboration, and strong data-driven decision making to drive high-impact initiatives and organizational change.
The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives. This high-performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast-paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
You will report into the Vice President of Provider Integration & Experience.
This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $196,732- $258,211 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
