Job summary

FLITE Center is seeking a Senior Director of Programs to provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive continuum of programs for youth transitioning from foster care. You will oversee housing, health and wellness, and independence initiatives across Broward and Palm Beach counties, ensuring services are trauma-informed, youth-centered, and outcomes-driven.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible nonprofit/program operations experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of senior leadership or multi-program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of housing, health and wellness, Keys to Independence, and other youth programs.
• Establish annual program goals, metrics and implementation plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Ensure programs meet grant, contractual, and reporting requirements and maintain documentation and data quality.
• Strengthen coordination across housing, wellness, education, employment, and transportation services for youth.
• Develop standardized procedures and accountability measures; report program performance to executive leadership.
