Heartflow seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategy, and deliver high-stakes programs across the enterprise. You will own end-to-end lifecycles from scope and planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with Heartflow's long-term vision.

You will partner with functions to meet objectives, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior leadership. A track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience.

• Lead resolution of issues and conflicts within and across teams, escalating when appropriate.

About the Role

As Senior Director, Program Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of complex, high-stakes projects. A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $265,000-$315,000 , cash bonus, and equity. #LI-Hybrid
