Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Leadership, Engineering, or Technical Program Leadership.
• Hands-on software development experience required; background in software engineering preferred.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software delivery including mobile, web, backend, and platform environments.
• Proven experience leading technical product teams, including Technical Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into executable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and influencing without formal authority.
• Builder mindset with startup/scale-up or high-growth experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Significant international experience, including US and Europe preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and experience strategy for Digital Solutions and align roadmap priorities with outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Technical Product Owner organization to high performance.
• Provide leadership across TPOs with varying technical depth for execution and accountability.
• Translate strategy into clear direction, roadmaps, and measurable priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, PMO, Commercial, and R&D to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive technical leadership across mobile, web, backend, and platform services.
