Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX design, Computer Graphics Technology or a related field; nine years of progressive product design experience, or a Master's degree with seven years.
• At least three years in a lead or management role involving product design.
• Experience building/designing for E‑commerce, B2C, B2B and SaaS; knowledge of design tools and analytics for A/B testing; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall user experience strategy grounded in user needs, behaviors, and market dynamics.
• Lead design initiatives to shape the visual appeal of online presence, experience frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Partner with executives, product, engineering, and business teams to align UX with company goals and scalable growth.
• Establish UX standards, governance, and measurement frameworks balancing innovation, feasibility, and consistency.
• Mentor and manage a team of product designers, setting quality standards and growth opportunities.
