• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an asset.

About the Role:

We’reseekingan experienced and strategic Director/Senior Director, Procurement & Sourcing to lead our global procurement function, with a focus on driving efficiency, governance, and value across our technology, software, and indirectspendcategories. Reporting to the VP, Finance & FP&A, this leader will shapesourcingstrategy, oversee vendor management, and partner closely with business and IT leaders tooptimizespendacross regions.

This role requires a mix of operational excellence, strategic negotiation, and stakeholder management, with an ability to navigate complex vendor ecosystems across North America and Europe.

In this role, you will:

Compensation and Benefits

This position has a starting salary range of $207,000 - $267,000 USD per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
