A national health organization is seeking a leader for the Process Oversight & Improvement team. The role requires overseeing process improvement initiatives across sales operations and cultivating collaborative relationships. Position Purpose: Lead the Process Oversight & Improvement team and direct process improvement initiatives across all areas that impact sales operations. Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of multiple projects to support business objectives through project planning and analysis of current operations.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration/Business or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Typically requires at least 10+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
3+ years of Risk Adjustment experience highly preferred.
Travel: Minimal
Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
