Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical power engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of DC/DC controllers, buck/boost/topologies.
• Hands-on lab skills and test/debug of switch mode power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the Application Engineering team for multiphase controllers and PoL products.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel across multiple sites.
• Plan and implement application roadmap with demo boards and topologies.
• Manage annual reviews and promotion plans for the team.
• Plan for team growth and site needs for AE’s.
• Create procedures for product definition, verification, and collateral.
• Lead feature definition for digital controllers and power stages.
• Travel ~25% for on-site leadership and customer interaction.
