Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Data Center AI Pre and Post Silicon Power Lead to define and validate power targets from IP to rack. You will develop validation plans, optimization strategies, and ensure silicon/system meets top-tier power efficiency, influencing next‑gen AI accelerators with silicon analysis feedback.

Collaborate with design, architecture, emulation, firmware, and software teams to drive power validation, benchmarking, and tuning across datacenter AI workloads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering required with 10+ years of ASIC related work experience.
  • Master's degree with 9+ years or PhD with 8+ years in ASIC design/verification/validation.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills in C/C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

  • Characterize Data Center workloads to feed pre-Si modeling.
  • Define end-to-end power analysis plans for complex Datacenter AI systems.
  • Debug pre-silicon, bring-up, validation, and SOC production issues.

You will help set up methodologies, develop validation and benchmarking plans, recommend tuning optimizations, and ensure that the silicon/system under development meets the highest power efficiency.
