Job summary

PureCars Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Project Management to own end-to-end go-to-market for new products, features, and partnerships. You will align Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure launches move smoothly from discovery through readiness.

You will manage PM readiness gates, forecast launches, address risks, and drive process improvements while collaborating with senior leadership to deliver clear, customer-ready demonstrations and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP / PMI Certification.
• Minimum of 10+ years of high-level automotive or SaaS or project management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product launches from discovery through business readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PM strategy elements: pricing, sales readiness, operational readiness, marketing tactics, and support readiness.
• Presentation and executive communication experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft and otherstandard business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource for the business while providing leadership and direction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Project Management process for new products, features, integrations, and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate discovery, milestones, and stakeholder kickoff across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Support, and Finance.
• Identify risks to delivery timelines and launch quality, and proactively communicate resolutions to internal stakeholders.
• Own PM readiness gates: Product/Feature Readiness, Operational Readiness, and Business Readiness.
• Drive GTM packet completion — Questionnaire, Project Summary/tracking, Closeout, FAQs (internal/external).
• Forecast launches and project completions and present to Senior Leadership; flag risks and reset expectations as needed.
• Capture Project Management process improvements and update shared materials.
• Track and hold weekly status update meetings with stakeholders.
• Utilize and manage all PM tracking tools.
• Supervises direct reports, providing leadership and mentorship; conducts performance evaluations; partners with HR.
