Qualifications

• Typically, will have at least 11-15 years of combined people leadership and hands-on experience in their craft.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach their current employees to meet organizational needs while supporting personal development.
• Actively participate in hiring experienced and college graduate level employees.
• Solicit feedback from key team members and provide timely performance feedback.
• Identify organizational needs and propose solutions to resolve gaps.
• Lead their craft and share best practices; guide future direction of the craft.
• Provide insight for strategic planning processes and roadmaps.
• Remove organizational impediments to improve performance and collaboration.
• Foster a trusting, safe environment and drive continuous improvement.
