Job summary

Augusta University seeks a senior leader to direct planning, design, and construction activities for campus facilities. You will manage capital renovation and new projects across ~160 buildings, ensuring ADA compliance and timely delivery.

You will establish performance metrics and lead a team of project managers, architects, and coordinators. The role requires strategic oversight, vendor coordination, and regular executive updates to advance university facilities initiatives with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building science or related field with at least seven (7) years of experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading design and construction management teams in a multi-building institutional environment.
• Valid Driver's License to operate AU vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - Collaborates with Facilities directorates and space management on Facilities related issues.
• Oversees development of capital plans and submits bi-annual plans.
• Leads campus planning initiatives and oversees execution of university construction contracts.
