Job summary

CareerMD, backed by CHG Healthcare, seeks a Senior Director, Physician Experience to deepen physician/provider relationships and extend the company’s career-partner reach. You will lead a four-person events team, expand GME partnerships, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CHG’s Provider Strategy to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading teams that engage physicians/providers with measurable results.
• Experience designing and executing relationship strategies that deepen physician engagement.
• Track record of building and developing teams across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event professionals and oversee CareerMD's largest network of physician career events.
• Grow and strengthen the network of GME program partners and educational programming.
• Own physician and provider engagement strategy across CareerMD and CHG groups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Medical Advisor to align initiatives.
