Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior Director of Network Engineering to lead the Physical Network Engineering organization, driving the evolution of OCI's physical network infrastructure and defining our networking product strategy at scale.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product teams across compute, networking and hardware groups, manage budgets and drive go‑to‑market plans for networking offerings globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as technical contributor, manager or business leader.
• Experience leading networking engineering architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking technologies and hardware platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and lead network engineering teams; responsible for organization planning, hiring and performance management.
• Lead long‑term strategy for Physical Network Engineering and contribute to the strategy for Networking and adjacent infrastructure.
• Own network product definition and advancement in cooperation with product teams.
• Drive vendor and supplier management with depth for hardware delivery and software/OS.
• Mentor and coach area leaders and senior staff to extend influence.
