Job summary

Midlands Technical College seeks an Executive Director of Philanthropy to serve as a senior frontline fundraiser, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Philanthropy. You will shape strategic fundraising plans to support colleges of study and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required with 5 years in leadership in fundraising/philanthropy.
• Experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and securing major gifts.
• Knowledge of fundraising methods and gift planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of gifts.
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to support schools and institutional initiatives.
• Collaborate with college leadership to identify funding opportunities and communicate needs to build donor relationships.
• Build meaningful partnerships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners to expand Midlands Technical College’s donor base.
