Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategy experience, including engagement leadership at a top-tier firm or equivalent pharmaceutical strategy/market access leadership.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence and effectiveness presenting to senior leaders; comfortable influencing at the highest levels.
• Experience building and mentoring small analytical teams; capable of developing talent.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical distribution knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to execution hand-off.
• Own financial modeling and value-chain analysis to capture P&L implications of market shifts.
• Partner with business leaders to shape plans and secure alignment across functions.
• Deliver clear, persuasive communications to senior audiences; tailor messages to stakeholders.
• Direct teams of managers and analysts; coach and develop talent; manage workload and delivery quality.
• Translate recommendations into implementable roadmaps with owners, milestones, and success metrics.
