The Senior Director provides strategic and operational leadership across surgical and procedural services at Memorial Hospital Central, including operating rooms, pre- and post-operative care, sterile processing, and other perioperative functions. The leader is responsible for advancing safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing operational performance, workforce planning, financial stewardship, surgical access, throughput, and the overall patient experience. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and hospital and system executives, the Senior Director establishes strategic priorities, leads performance improvement efforts, and ensures clinical, operational, and regulatory excellence. With overall responsibility for the leadership, direction, and administration of Perioperative Services and related areas, this individual will develop strong teams, foster collaboration, and ensure services align with UCHealth's organizational goals, mission, vision, and values.
