BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, People Strategy and Engagement to partner with senior leaders, translate business priorities into a sharper people strategy, and advance culture, leadership practices, and ways of working as BlueRock grows.
You will lead the People Strategy team, shape integrated talent models, drive DEIB initiatives, organization design, and cross-functional collaboration, guiding data-driven decisions and resource allocation.

BlueRock Therapeutics is looking for a Senior Director, People Strategy and Engagement to join our People and Culture team, reporting to the SVP, Head of People and Culture. This enterprise-minded leader will help translate business priorities into a sharper people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and advance the culture, leadership practices, and ways of working needed for BlueRock’s next phase. The role requires a strategic partner who can look across the enterprise, connect talent and organization decisions to business outcomes, and bring constructive challenge to legacy practices. The Senior Director will help the People Team move from strong functional execution to a more integrated, forward-looking model that enables clearer priorities, faster decisions, stronger leadership capability, more agile organizational design, and disciplined resource choices as BlueRock grows its pipeline without simply adding headcount. As a People Team leader, this role will lead and develop members of the People Strategy team, partner closely with Talent and Learning, People Rewards and Operations, and other centres of excellence, and provide strategic leadership for BlueRock’s internal DEIB efforts. Success will require curiosity, judgment, bold thinking, and the ability to turn complex organizational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
The estimated compensation range for this position is $ 232,000.00 - $ 246,600.00 per year.
