HCA HealthONE Physician Services is seeking a Director of Physician Services II to oversee pediatrics practices and clinics across hospital and outpatient settings. This role focuses on strategic collaboration with hospital leadership, practice growth, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with advanced degrees preferred, and 5+ years in clinical operations with strong financial management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Three plus years of leadership experience in practice management of multiple locations.
• Five plus years of relevant clinical operations experience.
• Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, operations, and strategy, specifically medical practice accounting, third party reimbursement issues, patient flow and facilities management.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, remove barriers and resistance, and enable desirable behavior.
• Collaborate effectively with Division service line leaders and hospital business development leaders.
• Proactively identify practice/business development opportunities to increase market share.
• Direct and manage strategic projects for areas such as patient flow, patient satisfaction, practice volume, billing and collections, service utilization, coding, physician and staff training.
• Oversee human resources responsibilities and supervise physicians and practice staff.
