The Senior Director, US Patient Support Programs is a key leadership role within BioMarin's US Commercial organization. This role manages the Patient Access Services/Hub operations and Channel Operations, collaborating with various internal stakeholders including sales, clinical support, marketing, compliance, legal, pharmacovigilance, and others. The role requires managing diverse expectations and resolving complex issues across multiple functions.
This position reports to the VP, US Value & Access and involves collaboration with leadership from Marketing/Brand, Sales, Managed Markets, Specialty Operations, Distribution, Compliance/Legal, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Pharmacovigilance. The role is also part of the US Value & Access Leadership team.
