Job summary

The Hackett Group in Florida seeks a Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM to drive growth, shape solution design, and lead delivery across the full Oracle HCM suite.

You will engage with clients from pre-sales through project execution, guide complex HR technology implementations, and mentor junior consultants while delivering measurable business value.

This leadership role emphasizes executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and using analytics to optimize HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including Oracle HCM systems.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learning).
• Strong project leadership and management skills for complex HR tech projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication abilities.
• Experience in consulting, business development, and client relationship management.
• Oracle HCM module certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Drive sales growth by supporting proposals, crafting solutions, and delivering client presentations.
• Partner with sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue targets.
• Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM processes and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions with broader enterprise systems.
• Use data and analytics to inform client decision-making and drive HR operations improvements.
• Maintain executive presence and build lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor.
