Director, Cyber & Data Resilience

Kroll is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for our Cyber & Data Resilience (CDR) service line. The Director of Operations oversees the service line’s daily activities, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Service Line Leader, this role collaborates with leaders across the service line to measure, monitor, analyze and enhance productivity, improve client service, and enable the financial health of the service line.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Govern and track key initiatives
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Optimize resource allocation and workflow management.
  • Define KPIs that strategically help manage the different service offerings and profitability - Capability, Service, and MD Performance Tracking and communication
  • Manage cost outlay and ensure ROI on investment of money spent
  • Perform Client Finance and Administration
  • Undertake Service and capability pricing strategy development and implementation
  • Utilization management and Staffing strategy – cross pollination of expertise across the Service Line
  • Monitor Learning and Training development metrics
  • Perform business Data Analysis & Forecasting analysis – Utilize analytics to track revenue trends, optimize pricing strategies, and forecast future growth.
  • Measure and support Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, operations, and product teams to streamline processes that impact revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects – Cyber or Professional Services Experience a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management
  • Strong understanding of business process design and improvement
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resources
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
