Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a strategic leader to coordinate and develop competitive oncology award strategies. You will serve as the lead oncology strategist for awards and work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs in pre-award activities.

You will build strong relationships with clients, support business development and collaborate with global functions to maximize opportunities in oncology and related indications.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strong oncology experience.
  • Senior-level experience contributing to project oversight and delivery.
  • Proven track-record in maintaining and strengthening customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for oncology awards and related indications.
  • Lead oncology strategy for potential awards and support other oncology strategists.
  • Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development and participate in client meetings.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients' decision makers to drive repeat business.

Job Description
  • Responsible to coordinate and develop competitive and flexible strategies for potential awards in oncology and oncology-related indications, leveraging expertise, operational capabilities, and technologies to ensure client needs are addressed in the pre-award activities.
  • Serves as the lead oncology strategist as assigned for potential awards and/or supports the other oncology-focused operational strategists as appropriate.
  • Co-leads bid defense preparations with Business Development for assigned opportunities and participate in other client meetings as needed in collaboration with Business Development, the SVP, SSPC, and other Senior Operational staff.
  • Develops strong relations with clients’ key decision makers by leveraging knowledge and expertise to drive repeat business for oncology and oncology-related opportunities and awards.
  • Collaborates closely with other global functions, such as Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory and Safety as per the scope of the opportunity.
  • Supports functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support business development and marketing activities by participating in conferences and meetings and generating marketing content such as webinars and white papers as part of Ergomed Group’s overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a life science or another related field, or equivalent education and experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strongoncology experience
  • Demonstrated experienceat a senior level contributing to project oversight and delivery
  • Proven track-record in maintaining, developing and strengthening customer relations
  • Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred
