Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. seeks a Sr Director of Operational Excellence to lead our continuous improvement program across manufacturing sites. You will establish a lean-based framework, drive standardized problem solving, and ensure sustainable performance improvements.

You will develop training tools, build a network of CI champions, and collaborate with plant leaders to track KPIs, simplify data, and embed safety into kaizen events for ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, business, engineering, food science, or related field.
• 7–10 years in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in influencing roles (CI, Lean) and program delivery.
• Experience in SPC, root cause analysis, or analytical methods.
• Training in value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and leader standard work.
• Project management leading cross-functional teams across timelines and budgets.
• Experience developing or implementing MOS/CI playbooks across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy and roadmap across all factories.
• Establish common CI methodology, governance, and expectations.
• Define lean standards for daily management and problem solving.
• Advance lean practices: 5S, value-stream mapping, Kaizen.
• Develop CI training, tools, playbooks, and learning programs.
• Build network of plant-level Continuous Improvement champions.
• Track KPIs with Plant Leadership Team and drive actions.
• Own KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Apply analytics to identify opportunities and savings.
• Partner with Safety Director to embed safety in improvements.
