Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in executive education or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with portfolio management experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Open Enrollment director team.
• Lead and develop Directors responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of open enrollment programs.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate Directors and guide strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee the financial performance of the Open Enrollment portfolio, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and enrollment performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Wharton and Penn faculty to advance curriculum innovation and portfolio growth.
• Participate with Open Enrollment leadership to advance strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Establish standards for instructional excellence and participant experience across the Open Enrollment portfolio.
• Monitor participant satisfaction and learning outcomes to drive program enhancements.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
