Job summary
Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Competitive Intelligence and Product Planning to lead enterprise CI and product planning for our oncology pipeline, focusing on ficerafusp alfa (BCA101) and future assets. Qualifications
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech with CI or product strategy experience
- Proven ability to translate CI into actionable development and strategy
- Experience advising senior leadership on portfolio implications
- Strong data interpretation of clinical and scientific signals
- Experience with external partnerships/vendor management
Responsibilities
- Lead CI for ficerafusp alfa and pipeline assets
- Identify priority CI questions and align outputs to decisions
- Design CI monitoring programs for pipeline and launch sequencing
- Synthesize congress, trials, publications for competitor insights
- Lead scenario planning and governance-ready workshops
- Build product planning capability for target product profiles
