• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients, coordinating teams to deliver expanded services.
• Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan with commercial marketing.
• Oversee Omnichannel initiatives and manage cross-functional program delivery.
• Partner with account, strategy, PMO, and product teams to define project approaches.
• Lead affinity data partnerships and support executive engagement and reporting.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams while managing budgets and resources across divisions.
