The role oversees Central Stores, Surplus Asset Management, and the University Procurement Card program, ensuring policy compliance and strategic supplier engagement.

Candidate will manage staff, develop supplier programs, and drive ERP implementations while partnering with Colleges, Administration, and Hospital to advance procurement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in business with emphasis in supply chain or procurement.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates procurement staff activities.
• Oversees University Central Stores, Surplus Asset Management, and related programs.
• Develops and implements procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiates contracts with suppliers and oversees purchasing processes.
