Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in supply chain management, materials management, or procurement.
• Five years of directly related procurement experience.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management and contracting; ERP systems knowledge (PeopleSoft) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Functions as a Primary Procurement & Contracting Officer for the University and supervises day-to-day staff activities.
• Directs sourcing, contracting, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Develops and analyzes RFPs and competitive bids; oversees University Central Stores and Surplus Property management.
• Oversees procurement budgets and fosters collaboration with Colleges and Hospital to implement strategic sourcing.
