Job summary

Broughton Hospital seeks a Chief of Quality Risk Management and Compliance to lead QRMC, HIM, UR, and Staff Development, directing the hospital-wide framework for quality and compliance. The role reports to executive leadership and collaborates with stakeholders to set goals and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualified candidates will have supervisory experience, healthcare setting know-how, and familiarity with Joint Commission and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and/or aggregating data.
• Experience working in a psychiatric hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience interpreting Joint Commission, CMS, and/or other regulatory standards.
• Previous supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a coordinated hospital-wide framework to continuously improve the hospital's performance in delivering quality psychiatric services and meeting standards.
• Spearheading organizational goals with Executive Leadership Team and stakeholders to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversees development of systemic approaches to assess hospital performance using surveys and audits, with corrective actions for deficiencies.
