Job Description
Reporting to the President of the Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy division, the Senior Director of Operations, M&A will serve as the operational point person for Ivy’s most critical M&A transactions. Working closely with Ivy’s M&A team and incoming partners, you’ll lead operational due diligence pre-closing, build strong relationships with partner leadership, and ensure seamless Operational transitions into the Ivy network.
This role is not focused on cross-functional integration, but rather hands-on operational leadership, delivering business continuity, cultural alignment, and performance excellence during the first 6 months post-acquisition.
