• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent plus 10 years of professional experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex enterprise technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations, Facilities, Cellular, and Network Operations teams.
• Develop capacity planning and performance monitoring procedures.
• Support staff development and training.
• Establish customer service requirements for multiple data center facilities.
• Develop divisional standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee strategic requirements/objectives and reporting on projects.
