The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable IT across the organization and to support rapid clinical development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharma or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise IT in a cloud-first, SaaS environment.
• Experience managing MSPs and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and roadmap aligned with growth, security, and compliance.
• Lead IT services including Microsoft 365, IAM, endpoint management, networking, cloud, apps, and end-user support.
• Improve the employee technology experience through onboarding, provisioning, and authentication.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and standards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee IT budgeting and prioritization of technology investments.
• Lead internal IT org across Operations, Infrastructure, and Helpdesk.
• Evolve MSP-enabled operating model and vendor relationships.
