Job summary

Elon University seeks a Director of Graduate Recruitment to lead a team coordinating recruitment, admissions review, and matriculation for graduate and professional programs (excluding the Law program). The role directly supervises Assistant Directors and collaborates with deans and program committees to implement holistic admissions and data-driven processes.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and deployment of modern tools (Slate, CRM) to enhance enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in higher education admissions and territory management.
• Experience with holistic admissions, rubric development, and budget management.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead graduate admissions review process and coordinate timelines for multiple programs.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Directors of Graduate Admissions and staff.
• Collaborate with Deans and program committees to refine rubrics and admission criteria.
• Train staff on recruitment strategies and events; leverage technologies (AI, Slate) to advance goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and data-driven workflows; coordinate CRM data population.
