You will ensure funding visibility, encumbrance tracking, and multilevel reviews across schools and units. The role drives forecast monitoring, trend analysis, and management reporting for senior leadership, troubleshooting financial issues before they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Institutional Commitment and Funding Stewardship: Maintains models and tracking mechanisms for major commitments; ensures funding sources identified and encumbrances in place.
• Financial Monitoring and Performance Assessment: Provides ongoing monitoring across schools/units, including forecast monitoring and reconciliation.
• School/Unit/Program Financial Reviews: Leads periodic reviews with school leaders; identifies issues and trends for resolution.
• Management Reporting and Trend Analysis: Produces reports for Vice Chancellor and senior finance leadership on financial exposure.
• Ad Hoc Analysis and Management Support: Provides flexible financial analysis to senior leaders as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
