Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build and mentor a leadership team across software development, QA, data engineering, and infrastructure.
Own the multi-year technical roadmap aligned with product and modernization goals.
Establish engineering standards, security posture, and reliable CI/CD pipelines across the stack.
Lead the Salesforce engineering buildout and oversee data engineering as a shared platform service.
