Senior Director Of eDiscovery

Department: eDiscovery and Litigation

Contact Government Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Director of eDiscovery for a large government project. This role involves leading an electronic discovery team, supporting litigation processes, managing projects, handling ESI intake, data analysis, case assessment, document production, and liaising with vendors.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Manage litigation support software, including database creation, data import/export, document scanning, OCR, coding, and production
• Assist in trial document preparation
• Log and track media, maintain chain of custody

• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in litigation support or related environment
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO, etc.
• US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Preferred:

• Relativity Certified Administrator Certification
