Base pay range

$161,279.04/yr - $232,958.61/yr

Department: eDiscovery and Litigation

Contact Government Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Director of eDiscovery for a large government project. This role involves leading an electronic discovery team, supporting litigation processes, project management, data analysis, and liaising with vendors.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Manage litigation support software functions, including database creation, data import/export, document scanning, OCR, coding, and production.
  • Assist in document and exhibit preparation for trial.
  • Maintain chain of custody and track media and data.
  • Develop internal processes and workflows.
  • Work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to shape the department’s future.
  • Quickly learn new eDiscovery platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery processes.
  • 7+ years in litigation support, electronic discovery, or related tech support, preferably within government or law firms.
  • Experience with Relativity as Administrator and Case Manager.
  • Support end-users on Litigation Support applications and training.
  • Proficiency with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO, and similar platforms.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Ideally, candidates will also have:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator Certification.
