Job Description
Introduction:

As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a strategic engine behind our revenue growth, ensuring that every marketing and sales dollar invested drives measurable value. This role combines leadership, strategy, pipeline conversion, and analytical depth, optimizing our growth efforts across marketing, sales, and product operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll be critical in shaping and scaling ABC Fitness’s market presence and revenue, working cross-functionally to align teams on best practices and growth-focused initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Growth Strategy Development: Define and execute a scalable demand generation strategy, identifying key growth levers and translating them into actionable plans for marketing, sales, and product teams.
  2. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and performance metrics to drive strategic growth initiatives, inform decisions, and ensure a measurable impact on revenue and customer acquisition costs.
  3. Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to streamline processes, align objectives, and optimize campaigns and programs using campaign performance data and A/B testing to forecast and achieve pipeline creation goals.
  4. Performance Optimization: Develop and implement frameworks for performance tracking, including KPI dashboards and real-time reporting systems to monitor critical metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates).
  5. Technology and Automation: Oversee CRM, marketing automation, and other growth tech stacks, ensuring these tools support growth objectives and operational efficiency.
  6. Revenue Growth: Lead revenue growth strategies by optimizing the sales funnel, refining ABM tactics, and implementing CRO techniques across all touchpoints.
Customer Insights and Feedback

Leverage insights from customer behavior, feedback loops, and NPS data to inform product development and improve retention and loyalty strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

Team Leadership

Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:
  • 15+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar growth/revenue-focused roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven industry.
  • Leadership: 5+ years managing and scaling teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Technology: Proficiency with growth tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, BI tools) and interest in emerging technologies.
  • Strategic Vision & Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Growth Expertise: Experience leading growth initiatives, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital landscapes; familiarity with B2B strategies is highly valued.
  • Operational Excellence: Expertise in building, optimizing, and scaling growth frameworks, including demand generation, CRM, and automation.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving ambitious goals in high-growth environments.
  • Certifications (preferred): Advanced certifications in growth, analytics, project management, revenue operations.

Note: Salary ranges are guidelines based on location and experience. For Canada, $153,000–$190,000 CAD; for USA, $161,000–$180,000 USD. Exact figures shared during the hiring process. Additional compensation such as bonuses and commissions may apply.
