Job summary

RiseMe in Charlotte, NC invites a seasoned leader to steer the Customer Connection Hub as Sr. Director, Customer Experience.

You will shape service operations, digital engagement, and customer excellence across Equipment Service, Customer Service, and Loyalty programs, driving revenue, profitability, and satisfaction. Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Technology to elevate performance and chief customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in listed fields; diverse leadership domains acceptable.
• 10+ years progressive leadership in CX, ops, digital, or commerce with consumer goods or services.
• 3+ years leading teams, developing managers/directors.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise CX and Service Operations performance and priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, design, resource allocation, and investments.
• Drive service excellence across field delivery and call centers.
• Champion continuous improvement using analytics and root-cause analysis.
• Lead digital commerce and loyalty strategy to grow engagement.
• Align cross-functional execution with Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech.
• Develop high-performing leaders and ensure succession planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
