What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data for non-financial executives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree
- Public accounting experience, particularly in Big 4 audit and transformation advisory
- Experience in a non-profit social enterprise model
